- Tickets purchased on ticket4u are subject to per ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee.
- If the user does not receive a confirmation ticket with seat numbers (in the form of a confirmation message or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or order mail without seat number or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is user responsibility to confirm the same from your booking history or with the Customer Service department of Ticket4u, whether or not your ticket has been booked. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Ticket4u will not be responsible for any losses (monetary or otherwise), if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
- If the amount you paid for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or pre-sale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then, ticket4u will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website.
- Payment Confirmation: Along with the ticket, user will receive a mail from payment gateway/ticket4u.in about the payment confirmation(success or failure). If the payment status is failure/cancelled, user will not get a ticket confirmation. If the payment status is success user will get a ticket confirmation. If at all, user does not get a ticket after payment is success due to any technical problem please inform ticket4u.in immediately by sending a mail to contact@ticket4u.in and or by calling ticket4u.in contact number.
- Print ticket Confirmation: User can also take the printout ticket. If at all ticket is not generated due to any technical problems, user can take print out from his mail box and or from his my profile link in ticket4u.in. If mail ticket is also not received, user must inform to ticket4u.in immediately by sending a mail to contact@ticket4u.in from his registered mail id in ticket4u.in or through a contact us link ticket4u.in and user can also inform ticket4u.in by calling contact number mentioned in ticket4u.in website, but informing through mail is mandatory.
- Email Confirmation: Your booking confirmation will be sent via an email to the mail id registered in ticket4u.in website. This confirmation mail contains booking details of the ticket, user can take the printout of the ticket from this mail. For any technical/non-technical reasons, if the ticket confirmation mail is not received by the user, user have to inform ticket4u.in immediately by sending a mail to contact@ticket4u.in and user can also inform ticket4u.in by calling contact number mentioned in ticket4u.in website but informing through mail is mandatory.
- SMS Confirmation: Your booking confirmation will be sent via SMS ticket to the number entered while booking the ticket. For any technical/non-technical reasons, if the ticket confirmation SMS is not received by the user, user have to inform ticket4u.in immediately by sending a mail to contact@ticket4u.in and user can also inform ticket4u.in by calling contact number mentioned in ticket4u.in website. Ticket4u.in will not be responsible for improper/wrong/un intended mobile numbers entered while booking a ticket to get an SMS ticket. Users have to enter 10 digit mobile number(with out prefixing +91,91 or 0) to get an SMS ticket.
- Mail communication through the registered mail id of the user in Ticket4u.in, will be used as reference for all banking/payment gateway related queries/complaints.
- Ticket4u does not have any control on theater show timings, number of shows and movies running in particular show.
- Ticket4u is having the full rights to cancel the show and/or ticket booked by the user at any point of time. In such cases, user ticket will be transferred to any other show or movie or theater subjected to the availability of the tickets. If the user is not willing to transfer of his tickets to any other show or movie or theater, refund for the tickets will be activated based on refund and cancellation policy of Ticket4u.
- User must produce the printed ticket or SMS ticket at the theatre ticket counter or to the concerned person who is handling the online booking tickets and get the physical tickets of the theatre
- User must show the photo Id while taking the theatre physical ticket.
- The name printed on the ticket must match with the name printed on the photo ID.
- The ticket booked for a movie and show is valid for that movie and show only.
- Ticket cannot be transferred and/or exchanged to the other persons/shows.
- User must be reach the theatre before the admission time of the particular show.
- Show timings may vary depending on the previous show movie duration.
- It is the customer responsibility to preserve the printed ticket or SMS ticket sent to the user, as any one of these is the proof to enter into the theatre to watch a movie.
- Customer is responsible for any malpractice done by the people with the ticket sent to him and Message send to his mobile number.
- SMS ticket will be deactivated in the website as requested/required by the theater people. In such situations customers have to go to the theater with printout ticket to get an admission to the theater.
- Any issues relating to the admission into theater and/or seat allotment and/or class change, must be informed to ticket4u before closing hours of that particular show time. Informed to ticket4u after closing hours of the show will be considered as feedback and no amount will be refunded.
- For any unexpected situations like floods, bunds, long time power failure, death of politician/film personalities, terror attacks, riots, earthquakes, etc.
- a. If the movie played by the theatres, ticket4u will not refund the money.
- b. If the movie play is stopped by the theatre people, ticket4u will refund the money to the booked tickets; however it is the customer responsibility to check the play status of the movie by calling theater or ticket4u.
- c. Service charges will be deducted from the refund money. Only ticket amount will be refunded.
- For any reason other than mentioned above, if the show is not played by theatre people, Ticket4u will refund the money but, payment gateway charges 2% will be deducted from the refunded money.
- If the user is not willing to watch the movie because of change of seat or change of class the other than what user booked, and/or theater people not able provide the seats because of any other situation happened at the theater, ticket4u will refund the full ticket amount.
- Guest login user will not have ticket history.
- Resend SMS facility will not be available.
- SMS ticket & Mail ticket will be sent.
- No ticket cancellation
Tickets booked through ticket4u.in can be cancelled through the following conditions. User have to inform the ticket4u about cancellation by calling ticket4u.in contact number and forward the to be cancelled mail ticket sent to his mail id to contact@ticket4u.in. Ticket4u.in will cancel the ticket and inform the user with a mail/SMS reply. Ticket cancellation will be done with the following conditions. However, ticket4u is having full rights to stop cancellation of tickets at any point of time for a particular date and/or movie and/or show.
If the cancellation request comes from the user
- 6 hours before the show time, 100% of ticket price will be refunded.
- Less than 6 hours and before 3 hours from the show time, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded.
- No cancellation within 3 hours from the show time
- Morning show cancellation, User have to inform before 8PM of the previous day.(This will over ride the condition 2).
- Only ticket amount will be refunded, service charge amount will not be refunded.
- No ticket Cancellation for Fans Show/Premier Show/Benefit shows.
- No cancellation for tickets booked through guest user.
- Discounts/cash Backs/Offers can be availed only when payments are made by the Customer through their respective payment option on the payment page of the Website.
- In order to avail the discount, the customer must be registered as a Buyer in their website.
